Possible Fraud Status - Seller's name "Blacklist" - selling Top M4A1

I recommend PM'ing Bloodsport, (if you havent already) as he has met with Blacklist in person, I think he might know where he lives.
I know he has sold one gun on the local boards, and went smoothly, and was a good deal. I would keep optimistic however it does seem fishy that him being on shift work would effect him looking at his Canadapost receipt and typing out a tracking number.

Thanks Acer for directing me to Bloodsport, which I already did on July 23 via PM and e-mail.

I look forward to hearing from him soon and would appreciate his help in this matter due to his promixity to the seller's location.

I was checking out my PM's, I forgot I was going to pick him up for the bootcamp in SK, I have his address and cell number, (He ended up flaking out last minute tho) PM'd Ronald and Bloodsport

Hopefully we can settle this whole thing in the easy way as soon as possible.

All I need is a simple response from Blacklist to explain his situation with good reasons, and I will understand. But taking a buyer's money without finishing the transaction is a serious thing.

I suggest that if you don't get the matter closed up by Friday, go to you Bank and find out where ( Ie what bank account ) your EMT went to and then get a hold of the RCMP because what Blacklist is doing is fraud. But i'd Pm Blacklist and tell him that this is the Avenue you are going to pursue if he doesn't pony up the M4 or your moneys ASAP

Thank you Tigerland for your kind suggestion. I have taken these steps already.

With the great help of some good ASC members and friends, things are progressing towards the positive side.

Hopefully this matter could be resolved soon.

What happened in last week ?

With help of some very good ASC friends, I managed to get seller's personal and contact information.

Received message from "seller's girlfriend" claiming seller was hospitalized and could not response. But promised to refund me the full amount via EMT on August 1 morning.

The Fact

No refund was received so far.

It was indicated clearly that he was frequently on ASC. So not sure if he is really hospitalized and cannot response.

With help of some good friends, another message was sent to seller on 3 August, requesting him to make the refund by 5 August.

No response received so far.

To Seller "Blacklist'

Please arrange full refund without any further delay. I believe I have given you sufficient time to settle this case. You should realize how serious the consequence could be if this case was reported to the authority.

My next step

All necessary documents + evidence for legal action has been prepared. I will proceed without hesitation once tomorrow's deadline is reached.
