Skeleton Side Arms SS226

I've been thinking of picking one of these up later on in the summer, but I haven't been able to find any reviews here or elseware online. Google just gives hits on online stores and Youtube gives me nothing. I'm a big fan of Sig pistols aesthetically, but its a good 50-60 dollars cheaper than other high grade GBB pistols which gives me the impression quality wise it doesn't really compare. Anyone out there have any experience with one of these to confirm or dispel my fears?

Havent personaly seen one yet, so unable to commen on its durability and quality.

But from what I've read on them they are a TM clone, so worse case you should be able to upgrade/repair them with TM compatable parts. But then if your going to do that pay the difference and get the TM brand one.

Here is a link to another thread that discussed the item you are asking about.
From what I gather its really not that great of a pistol and you get what you pay for.

Don't bother....buy something else. I had one for about 6 months, and although it is serviceable, it certainly is nothing special. Gas consumption was poor at best. All the spare mags I bought for it leaked and had to be heavily siliconed. Perhaps as a first pistol it might not be too bad but overall not worth the money. Spend another $50 bucks and you'll be a lot happier. I replaced mine with a KJW 1911 MEU and have been nothing but pleased.
