Ive had that problem when firing full auto. Try taking your magazines apart and lubricate the spring with silicone oil.

Make sure the nozzle follows the bolt back enought to ensure that a BB can go up and be chambered. My V2 nozzle was sticking the front, stuck in the notches above the hop up...

Is there a way to correct this?

I'll also try lubeing the mag spring to see if that helps.

Put some lube on the grooves that engage in the recesses.

I just got my v2 in the mail today (after my v1 finally broke). It shoots but is having some issues, I looked through this thread and google but couldn't find any answers.

First problem is some mags don't fit into the magwell when the bolt is forward, as if the part under the nozzle that pushes the bbs into the chamber is a bit too thick. Did anyone have to shave theirs a little?

Second problem is the bolt lock.. in this case on the last bb in the mag the bolt lock seems to half engage. What happens is the bolt gets stuck halfway between locked and full forward, and the last bb just rolls up and down the feed ramp. Any solutions?

Thx asc, I love this gun and want it to shoot as good as it once did again

Well I just broke my hop up chamber (parts 3 and 4). Was trying to install RATech hopup rubber. Was almost there, just trying to get the brass ring off that holds the two sides (parts 3 and 4) together. Was a little too vigorous with the pliers and bent the two pieces to shit. That brass ring is a bitch lol.

Does anyone know somewhere to get replacement hop up chamber (parts 3 and 4)? Google only came up with Ehobby Asia but they are out of stock : (

Write directly to KJW. They do have a nice aftersales/part order service and will reply you fast enought, prividing the paypal to send money to usually, if they have the parts in stock .

You can buy direct from kjw by emailing sales@kjworks.com.tw
Tell them the part numbers and that its for the m4 as well as your shipping address.
I have received great service from them in the past hopefully nothing has changed.

If you wrap a thin cord with a rubber surface, I use an old cell phone charger cord, around the ring a few times and grip the cord like a pair of pliers perpendicular to the to the inner barrel then twist as you pull it comes off easier.

Just emailed KJW to order a replacement charging handle and parts #2 and #5. Figured that since my charging handle latch has been missing for over a year now I should probably replace it haha

audi_bhoy August 19th, 2012 13:46

Just remembered that Cansoft.biz actually have a nice KJW parts inventory, not all are listed, IE the charging handle, emailed him 2 months ago to know if he had one and the next day it was in the mail !
