Its because I have a pair sitting around... take it easy. I already have the MASK piston head and cylinder head... I asked the question because of the similar properties of the insoles and sorbothane. Sorbothane is already used in insoles, that is why I was curious if other insoles could be used as well. My mistake for asking a question... as for the adhesive, I hadn't though that far... superglue would ruin the cylinder head if the pad ever needed to come off...
