Raising the dead STAR M249 back to life
Greets,
I have a thrashed STAR m249 that's been lying in pieces for the better part of this year and I think it's time to bring it back. First of all, am I correct in assuming that STAR = ARES without exception? Since I don't have a box mag, I'll need to grab one but I can't for the life of me find one from STAR anywere that's in stock, hence why I'm thinking ARES. http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper...ing%20Magazine Second of all, does anyone know if there is a RIS system out there that's compatible? For that matter, how hard would it be to slap a CA or A&K model on there? Thanks in advance! |

Add some real steel parts on there to make it extra special.

Yes. Well, it actually says on the page that the box mag is for both STAR and ARES M249.
