(review) Molle body armor

ONLY REAL BODY ARMOR

So I want to introduce my little review of my happiness, RUSSIAN BALLISTIC VEST “DEFENDER 2 type 6 MOLLE". This vest use by Russian special forces (Pr. eg FSB or MVD) So we begin!
I practice airsoft for 2 years and 4 years I practiced military simulation (MILSIM and airsoft (or RS or RENANCEMENT) those are different things). Unfortunately RS gear is expensive ... so I looked at the gear in China ... Then I bought a vest molle and after 2 matches, it tore ...
After I looked at 5.11 or Condor, but they do not have the same stuff as in FSB .... Fortunately, I know a person named ....... He practices RS FSB RF (...... team in Moscow). He explained to me pure and simple. Firstly, "Better do a little, but all the way then a lot but at the minimum," secondly "Do not be like everyone else, like condor, m4, stalker mask"
Then he advised me to buy a FORT vest (the real or replica), but it’s very expensive ... 400 euros or more ... However, he told me there was another way. Dober Guard make FORT vests. (It is not a replica, it is more of a reproduction). More over, this company supplies it’s vests to the police officers in Ukraine and Russia. After I read a lot of comments and I realized that Dober Guard will do a great job. I got in contact with the organiser.
Mr. Dmitry replied quickly. (I WANT TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION TO A VERY IMPORTANT THING FOR ME! DMITRY ANSWER TO ALL HIS MESSAGES. HE IS NOT NOT LIKE SOME ODER PEOPLE! LIKE, THEY HAVE READ AND DO NOT RESPOND OR THEY RESPOND AFTER 10 DAYS. HE DOESNT MAKE EXCUSES LIKE "OHH I HAVEN’T HAD A TIME" OR OTHER BLA BLA BLA, HE TAKES RESPONSIBILITIES AND HE PROPOSES GOOD SOLUTIONS) All this proves to me that he is serious and he does his job well! He always sent me news for example when vests are made, shipping etc. .. . He sent pictures of the package. Etc ...
Now we pass on the delivery, then vest.
Money sent on 16.12.13, he received on the 17/2013 Vests were finished the 01/06/14 (20 days, but let’s not forget it was the christmas holidays and new year)
This is the tracking info.
01/06/2014 KRAMATORSK Dispatching
01/09/2014 KYIV DOPP Income KYIV
11.01.2014 MMPO Dispatching from abroad Ukrainian exchange office 01/14/2014 TORONTO Income
15/01/2014 Montreal Income
16/01/2013 Home!!!!!!
Wholesale, manufacturing 15 days 10 + shipping, so 25 days in all!)))

Vest plates without plates

With the plates

Now we will see every detail.
We begin by the balls)))
Everything is made well, it shows that it is not cheap China. Everything is straight and correct. We can see soap spots
It proves that it is made by hand, NOT BY A MACHINE. I give 10/10. Color, size and details are all top notch.
However, we must pass with a litter to remove small spirals
4 lines MOLLE

Protection for balls attaches down by two velcro.

This protection has a pocket for a plate.
Interior Protection for balls.

As you can see, everything is sewn twice. It will not tear))) Now we go higher torse side

Molle Platform Simple and straight forward like the AK 47

Attaches by Velcro

and here

There is a pocket in this molle Platform for various stuff or 3 mags. they sewed two or three times.

Without MOLLE Platform

We can remove it and put a tactical vest. For example, SMERCH or other vest
More room for a plate.

And another more.

A little higher up, there is a protection for the throat.

without this protection

Protection for the throat. Both protections are the same. Except that “face" one has a FORT patch.
Outside.

inside

And what is inside

The assembly of the two plates (back and torse) is in two parts. Well done)))

First part of the assembly

Second.

There are three MOLLE lines. So we can put the radio, camel back or a knife or a medic pocket.
The back.

Good place for a good 1.5 litre camel back
Place for a plate

Same here

And another huge pocket!

Almost a complete hand fits

Second part of the connection between back and torse.
Inside.

Outside

Now we will pass on the inside of the vest.
The fabric is good, I touched))) like women’s breast))) We see Dober Guard and FORT patches We can attach additional plates.
Inside.

There is place for the plates in the vest. But I want to tell you that there is a significant change. Indeed, Dober Guard has added extra lines in all pockets. It’s so that the vest can be much stronger, the jackets made by FORT do not have that ...

There was a patch for technical information.

Another pocket

Plates (my homemade))

Finished job))

JUST FOR RELAX))))

Dober Guard in reality)))

And finally, here are the pictures of people who have different sizes.

Yes they have a place for Velcro, but it doesn't include in Dober Guard body armor...

-Thoughts-
Initial Impression: Upon opening the parcel and setting out the vest, I was impressed with the item. A cursory inspection did not reveal any flaws in terms of workmanship, such as stitching problems and the camouflage pattern was aligned in the same direction across the vest. Certain areas of the vest had padding already inserted into it, such as the collar and the side armor pockets. It is a rather lightweight vest empty, especially compared with my SPLAV Kazak-6, and this is due to the materials used.

Construction: Construction is rather good for a $125 carrier. The sewing is consistent and follows the edges of the fabric for the majority of the vest, with the minor exception being a corner of the groin armor. The vest is not bar tacked, but I don't know if the real one is either. The side-release buckle at the front of the vest differs from the metal snap and D-ring used in the Classcom vest if that bothers you. You can also change the direction that the buckle runs if that is your thing.

Features/Details: The vest has five plate pockets; one on the back, two on the front, and one on either side. These are secured with a velcro closure. Additionally, it has pockets for soft armor inserts in the body of the vest, around the neck, and at the groin. There are the customary ventilation channels found on the interior of the vest and they are not removable. The fit of the vest is adjusted through the use of velcro and straps at the shoulder, and with the belt at the waist.

Please feel free to post up any questions and I will do my best to answer them if possible.

-Batou
