Element Headset

I'm wondering if this would be worth any penny of my money.: http://www.airsoftpark.com/element-t...ns-p-3576.html

I am looking for a ComTac style headset that isn't super expensive and I have been looking to some of these repros for a solution. I know that no repro will be as good as the real stuff, but I'm just looking for a best fit solution, i.e. something not wonderful, but not terrible.

Anyone have any thoughts on this particular set or any others they would recommend? I'm open to all suggestions.
Note: has to be a set that comes with a Kenwood two pin.

I', pretty sure I've seen tons of threads about these already; Try to search a bit

They work, personally didn't like them and sold them back, but I probably wouldn't like the real ones either as I prefer less bulky solutions.
Sound is ok and all; Can't really assess for build quality as I gamed mine once before selling them

Element headsets are hit and miss, some work very well, others just crap out right away. From people I know that own them, they are all switching to other headsets (that aren't Element) and either getting real headsets other alternatives.

Sorry, I'm at work and Tapatalk isn't the greatest so I couldn't search. Appreciate the info though.

Lol I sure did. I have also been looking into it for awhile, but figured with them being on sale that I should get some input.

If your settled on Comtacs but can't afford real ones ($350-400 plus at least), get the Element ones. My only problem with Element headsets in general is that they work fine for a couple games, months, etc. but end up breaking somehow after usage. They are cheap enough to replace them with a new set but it can be a pain in the ass to do that.

Checkout Calvary headsets if you haven't already, they make decent headsets that are a lot better than Element and only a couple bucks more ($30+ish roughly). *Keep in mind they don't make the Comtac Style though.

I would go with the Element. I had the Cavalvy before and it only lasted 3 or 4 games, at 80$ + (40$ headset + 40$ ptt) they are expensive for something that breaks easily. You can get the element for half the price of the cavalvy for the bowman style headset. Cavalvy doesn't make the comtacs

I just got a set of these.

You'd want to add this to the cart.

The headset works fine, turn off and on and amplifies. I'm waiting on the radio so I can't comment on that angle or that particular PTT.

For electrical stuff like this I prefer to get it in country from a source who's a member on this site.

I'm curious to know, with all ComTac style headsets are you able to change the mic/PTT to the other side? I see the TRI one you are able to, but I'm curious about others as I am a left handed shooter and I think that would be a real selling point for me. I don't wanna deal with digging my mic into my cheek while ADS.

Danke maybe you might want to add puxing777 radio for that set-up. Since the puxing 888 already sold out we took the last two remaining =)
Huang still have some stock.

Zack Nooo!!! don't waste your money man get the real thing save that extra 2 weeks of pay man its worth it! Spending $80 on a Repro or spending $170 on the real thing (Sordins) it's worth the wait.
