Helmet Strap/Harness Question

Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade the straps in my MICH2000 but, unfortunately, I don't have much knowledge on what the best stuff available is. The cheap system it came with I find does not have much support and allows the helmet to move around when I am moving at speed. So I'm kind of looking to get rid of that. Also, I do carry some weight on the helmet with an NVG shroud and Rhino arm.

Anyone with info/strap systems they reccomend, please hook me up with some info!

Thanks tons in advance.

Got a real or repro helmet?

You can get Skydex sets for as cheap as ~30 bucks with pads and straps. That'll be a good thing over the OOTB repro harness crap.

If you got a real helmet and/or enough money, OPS-CORE is indeed as good as it gets.

Mine is a Repro, but I'm willing to spend a good amount to make it comfy and make it work.

Are there issues with Ops-Core Straps fitting in replica 2000's?

They should fit replica helmets. I had mine on an IBH helmet for a while.

So you'd say that Ops-Core straps are the most comfortable on top of being solid and stable?

I've got an H style one. The Ops-Core website says that they're more stable than the X ones
