Several newbie questions on specific parts

Hi,
I had an airsoft trade recently and I had a couple of questions. First, I got two things in the package (the two black items) that I don't even know what it is. Is it even related to airsoft? Also, I got a tight bore systema, however I do not know if the normal barrel is in the bore systema package, or if it's already installed. Well, to make it short, what physical caracteristic a tight bore systema have over a normal barrel. Thanks a lot.

The First one appears to be a rds cover for a doctor type site with a mount for either an ACOG or scope.

The the barrel, its hard to tell without measuring the internal diameter of the barrel.

Actually, the first picture looks like it is the whole doctor sight with the cover on it (like the one on this ACOG). The plastic "hood" pops off the top, but it may take a bit of prying.

I would guess that the tight-bore would be installed and the loose barrel would be the stock on that was originally installed.

For sure pic #1 is a RDS cover for a Docter sight. I've seen that come with some ACM docter sights.

#2/3 is the rear tube adaptor thing for the Magpul UBR stock. Not sure how it works but I'm told that it replaces the M4 buffer tube. If you see a picture of the UBR stock you'll notice that it's "smaller" than the standard M4 buffer tube. Here's a pic of the whole set: http://www.airsofthunting.com/images...ck%20TAN-1.jpg

#4 If it's SystemA it should be 6.04, not sure if they sell any other bore sizes but 6.04 is the only one I've seen and TBH it's pretty good since SystemA stuff is pretty consistent and high quality (barrel consistency as well as bore size affect the final outcome not just tightness of the bore). eg. Tight barrel that's kinked will give you weird trajectories whereas a "looser" barrel that's consistent will give you a consistent trajectory. That is a 6.04 Prometheus barrel will probably be better than a 6.01 cheapo ACM barrel.

But my point being that it's not just the cover....it's also the actual RDS Docter Sight...

EDIT: You can tell by the sight adjustment screws on the back and the fact that the mount is there....the hood only covers the top, front, and sides. Trust me, I have one that looks identical to this one. This is the sight itself (with hood). However, the real way to tell is to just pry off the hood. It snaps in just in front of the mounting bracket screws.
