FIXED More Bad Airsoft Media (Calgary)
i have just seen a news report on CTV and managed to get it saved, seems some teenagers were spotted with a glock in their pocket, here's video of the report

Sorry Torn, i dont want to kick you in the face.
If you would have seen the news report on CFCN the officer who apperently arrested/intervieuwed the 2 boys does talk about a BB gun and also the newsreporter. This is defently related to Airsoft. @ Somebody: How does ASC reacts to this kind of bad news. -Cy

what does it mean "turn it over to the police" ? it sounds like we are not suppose to own them? does the police confiscate them on sight even though it is legal??

It also made me go WTF when he said "they are perfectly legal, but police would like anyone who has one to turn them in". What kind of half assed comment was that?

In the City section of today's Calgary Herald there is an article about these 15 year olds and their replica glock. Page B1, fyi. I plan on scanning it when I get back from work and posting it here. However, they do say that the guns are "legal to sell and own unless they are used in a malicious manner or criminal offence."
So, no Chicken Little, the sky is not falling.

yep, i was working out today and i was watching tv when i saw it. they were comparing the real glock to the airsoft ver glock. and they ask to turn them in if they have one.
