I had a resolution in the works when I was abruptly shipped outta country on short notice lost coms for about a month as iwas not in a position to email, tried to email asking if it is possible to still return the defective chrono have gotten no response. Need to know if the rma is still active and if I can get another one for the non function ess fan googles I got? Emails iggyspiggy@gmail.com

I've always had good experience with ehobbyasia so this is not an issue at moment but would appreciate a speedy response.

Sorry for our tardiness and thank you for the heads up.
We have investigated the details of your case and I have arrange the paperwork for a credit for the out of stock bi-pod and partial credit for the fan less mask as they are still somewhat usable.
The RMA number is still valid for the chrono and I'm sorry will need to be returned for inspection and replacement.

I highly recommend the Xcortech X3200 model as we use this model daily and haven't receive any complaint or fault for this model. Also it use AA batteries making it most handy.

Not at all a problem as I said never had an issue with your service before, the chrono will be shipped out promptly. If that is the chrono you suggest and are willing to replace it with that is fine by me. I can also live with a partial credit on the goggles as I do really like em so with the credit may just order a new fan kit from you.

I would have facebooked but I do not have it and refuse to get it.

One last question how do I apply the store credit to my next order? I shall be putting it through shortly.

Personally i would have to agree with you. Hate it.
Luckily i had the forethought to not use my real name.
I only signed up for a female... only to find out she has never touched her account. =/
and sadly FB has sucked my teams forum dry for gathers and organizing games... and made things most confusing.

and just because your a member of our FB group does not make you a member of our airsoft team FFS!.

Haha I can understand that.

I did receive the credit for the b/o bipod but not for the goggles. The 15.00 was from the Bdu's that were wrong (labeled wrong so got the wrong style).
Sorry to be at you on here, really just want to put my next order in lol.
