I've got no issues on mine. Its solid as a rock. And no shims!

Did yours come with a orange flash hider? Mine came with one super glued onto my barrel...

ya it did, i had to cut it open in order to remove it, then clean the thread, and put a new flash hider on it.
however everthing else is great.
only thing i dont like on this gun is the little pin locker on the hand guard, it pops out twice when i removing the hand guard, and damn its hard to find !

Really? I've removed my hand guard a couple times and it hasn't popped out yet. What kind of materials did you use to clean your threads? The ppl that glued the flash hider on used so much glue that there is a bit of residue seeping out of the threads and onto my barrel. Any tips?

what i did is after taking off the orange flash hider, i use my knife tip start cleaning the thread from the top, just follow the thread bit by bit you will clean it all up.
