Nozzle extension

Hey guys so I recently changed out the gearbox on my Masada to a wiitech one after it cracked from using it in the cold.

After I switched it out I had problems with it not feeding so I sanded down the nozzle bit by bit to try and get it to feed then it started to double feed and so on. I then replaced the piston head cause the plastic one I had got damaged and after putting everything back together it now feeds fine but the issue is the nozzle is a little to short now which is resulting in a loss of fps so I was wondering if you guys know a reliable way to extend the nozzle just a smidge to provide a better seal.

I was have jb weld and tape and so on but I don't want to damage anything.

I do have another nozzle but I'd rather leave that for now unless I can find a solution with this one.

You sanded the nozzle down. It's fucked. You'll have to buy a new one.
When it comes to the air nozzle, being .010" out of length is enough to cause problems. I know this because I experimented with differing length nozzles.

Wait, Badr did you sand down the second one? I put the non-shortened one back in when I got it working.

Sand the front of the tappet plate. It makes your gun a bit harder to put together because it will want to knock the shims off your sector gear, but it will allow the nozzle to protrude further.
