Mag Feeding Issue

I recently purchased some King Arms 100 round Mid Cap MP5 mags and have feeding issues. When loaded the mags feed the first bb but then stop feeding. I've tried shaving the retainer lip, working in the springs manually with a prod, and oiling with silicone oil. I've realized that the retainer lip is not the issue because when I manually release it in order to empty the mag after a couple bbs are released the rest remain jammed about an inch down and require a good whack to loosen them. So before they end up in the garbage does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks

Try using different brand BBs.
Open up the magazine and shave some of the walls inside the tube.

I've read about opening them up but it doesn't look like you can crack these ones open, they're the plastic version. Has anyone ever tried to open these?

When you pull the retaining latch, do the bbs expel from the magazine?

Also, does the gun fire without a problem with other magazines?

What's the Brand/Model of the gun?

Its an Aftermath Broxa with a new hop up, I've managed to crack one of them open and I guess I can go from there. No feeding issues with other mag brands that I've tried.

Sorry...you're fubar'd.

A whole series of KA G36 mags had the same issue where bbs were "doublestacking" too much in the mag and jamming (essentially 2 bbs wedging sideways). Not sure if it was due to the channel being rough or too wide...but far from fixable.

Sucks to hear that their MP5 mags might be doing the same thing.

Yup I'm fubar'd LOL, well at least I got them for a good price and I know never to buy King Arms again at least not MP5, anyone tried the Star 95 rnd. MP5 midcaps? Do they have the same issues?
